When should I expect my apparel to arrive?Â
- Orders are typically processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 7 business days. In short, you should receive your apparel in 10 days or less.Â
- Please keep in mind shipping and transit times may vary depending on the carrier, shipping destination, time of year, and any other outstanding circumstances that can effect shipping carriers on a broad scale.
Why did I only receive part of my order?Â
- Don't worry, this is totally normal. In order for us to maintain the lowest possible prices and the highest quality products we may use more than one supplier. This means that if you ordered several products they may be shipped from different facilities and arrive separately.
- Some items take longer to fulfill than others, so this process also allows us to ship out items much quicker if they are ready instead of waiting for your entire order to be completed.Â
- In an event that your items are shipped separately you will receive a unique tracking number corresponding to each order.Â
Can I track my order once its shipped?
- Yes, once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking number.Â
Do you offer free shipping?
- We offer Free Shipping for all Domestic Orders (shipping within the Continental United States) over $125 (after any discounts and before tax is applied.) *Continental US does not include Hawaii & Alaska.
Do I need to apply a discount code to receive free shipping on my order?
- Nope, no code is necessary - the discount will be automatically applied at checkout once the minimum amount has been reached.Â
Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?
- Unfortunately we cannot make changes or cancel orders once they are confirmed. Many of our products are made on demand and are fulfilled as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your merchandise in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Â
How are refunds and returns handled?
- We have a 30-day return policy on damaged products or in the case of a manufacturing, printing, or shipping error. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.Â
- We offer a free replacement or a refund ONLY if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (ONLY applies to damaged items, incorrect items, or items that contain a manufacturing, printing, or shipping error).
- Many of our products are made on demand. This means returns will NOT be accepted in the event that you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Because of this we encourage you to please be sure you are ordering the correct size, color, and desired item before completing your purchase.Â
